Colette Rush

Colette’s job is certainly not an easy job, which is why her upbeat outlook is worthy of this award. Challenges include keeping up with continually changing state and federal laws and loosing her patients. Cheryl Hoffman

Cheryl Hoffman

Cheryl Hoffman epitomizes that of caregiver. Throughout her years of service at Aspirus VNA, many patient letters have been submitted in support of Cheryl’s work. They state:

  • “I know that when Cheryl is here that my mother will be treated with respect and common sense concern. This respect and caring concern is also extended to myself and my home”.
  • Another patient indicates Cheryl as a ”sweet and outgoing person”.
  • “She is always upbeat and happy and knows when I am having a bad day or if I have a problem,” another writes.
  • One passionate client writes: “I am truly blessed to have Cheryl provide my cares every week. Cheryl, I always look forward to seeing you. You are a valuable part of my life. When you leave and the door closes behind you, my house is empty. When you come back, it is full again. Thank You.”

Co-workers also enjoy working with Cheryl Hoffman in collaborative care for AVNA patients. Cheryl’s dedication and selfless service to her patients at Aspirus VNA Extended Care Inc. lead everyone who works with Cheryl to fully endorse her nomination as Caregiver of the Year.

Her commitment to her work here and her selfless dedication in the way Cheryl touches people’s lives everyday are an incredible tribute to how deserving Cheryl Hoffman is of this award.
