When Nicci came to our agency as an inexperienced certified nursing assistant, she was nervous about providing care to our population of patients. Nicci not only provides great, thorough care, but she has taken the initiative to learn and broaden her understanding and skills related to end of life issues.

Gloria has been a direct care giver for over 20 Years. She has cared for the elderly, physically disabled, and developmentally disabled. She currently works for two members on the Dane County Registry, and is an active member with the Registry. She attends training on a regular basis, and is always looking for ways to improve her skills as a caregiver.

Mindy Grezek


Mindy Grezek has been a direct support professional with Aurora Community Services, based out of Menomonie, since September of 2004. Mindy works in River Falls at the home of 4 women who have developmental disabilities. Mindy says that the relationships she has developed with the women she supports are the most important part of her job. “Although it sounds cheesy, it really is a rewarding job” says Mindy and adds that, “having a trusting relationship and knowing that I am welcome each day I come to work is a good feeling.”
