ULFRICA TALLEY

ULFRICA TALLEY
"I do what I do because I love it."

Hi. My name is Ulfrica Talley and I’m a home care worker who loves what she does. I took care of my best friend for 10 years after she contracted AIDS. I had no idea what AIDS was and I did not have any training. All the training I got was from working with her. It was a wonderful experience for me because I learned many things. I take care of a different client now who I’ve learned so many things from. I do what I do because I love it. I love meeting new people and I have made a difference knowing I am giving the best care possible. I will do this until I’m retired and I’ll continue to learn and train each day.
